• Tours are available Everyday.
• Children Aged below 7 years old are not allowed to swim with the whaleshark / snorkeling activity. They are allowed to watch from the boat.
• No Sighting Policy: There is a possibility that whale sharks may not be seen during the tour due to unpredictable nature, inclement weather and other environmental factors that are beyond our control. In such occurrence, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued.
• A minimum number of 4 travelers is required for the tour to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, you have 3 options
  • 1st – Additional Php 1,000/person to proceed with the tour.  ( atleast 2 pax)
  • 2nd – Reschedule to a different date
  • 3rd – Full Refund
    • We will contact you through email atleast 2 to 3 days before your schedule tour.
• Large Luggage is not permitted on this activity. Please store your luggage at your hotel for shared tour.
• Please do not touch the whale shark. Please avoid wearing sunscreen and cosmetics to protect the animals from chemicals. Instead, it is recommended to wear long-sleeved clothing. Be sure to follow safety instructions and maintain proper distance from whale sharks. Fines may be imposed for violations of the regulations
