Our Cebu-based visa assistance team helps applicants understand the application process, prepare destination-specific requirements, review supporting documents and identify missing or inconsistent information before submission.
We provide application preparation and document-review assistance. Only the appropriate embassy, consulate or immigration authority can approve or refuse a visa. We cannot guarantee approval, a specific visa validity or a particular processing time.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE CEBU TRAVEL AGENCY TO HANDLE YOUR VISA? – OUR BENEFITS FOR YOU.
A visa assistance agency in Cebu can help applicants understand visa requirements, prepare application forms, organize supporting documents and follow the appropriate submission procedure for their destination.
Depending on the destination and selected service, Cebu Travel Agency may assist with:
Professional visa assistance can reduce avoidable mistakes and save applicants time. However, an agency cannot change an applicant’s genuine circumstances or control the decision of an embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
Visa assistance is a professional document-preparation and application-support service for travelers who need a visa before entering another country.
It is not the same as visa approval. A travel or visa assistance agency may explain requirements, review documents and guide an applicant through the process, but it does not issue visas.
Our role is to help applicants prepare applications that are complete, consistent, truthful and appropriate for their declared purpose of travel. Applicants remain responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all information and documents submitted under their names.
Cebu Travel Agency provides assistance for selected tourist, family-visit and business-visitor visa applications, subject to the applicant’s circumstances and the destination’s current rules.
1. Japan
2. South Korea
3. China
Selected other Asian destinations requiring a visa or prior travel authorization
1. Schengen countries
2. United Kingdom
3. Selected other European destinations
The Schengen Area applies common rules to qualifying short-stay visa applications. A Schengen short-stay visa generally permits eligible visits of up to 90 days in any 180-day period, subject to the validity, permitted duration and number of entries printed on the issued visa.
Applicants normally apply through the country responsible for their main destination. If there is no single main destination, different jurisdiction rules may apply. Applicants should review the European Commission’s official Schengen visa guidance.
The United Kingdom maintains a separate visa system and is not part of the Schengen Area.
Cebu Travel Agency may provide visa application assistance for travel to the following 29 Schengen countries:
Austria
Belgium
Bulgaria
Croatia
Czechia
Denmark
Estonia
Finland
France
Germany
Greece
Hungary
Iceland
Italy
Latvia
Liechtenstein
Lithuania
Luxembourg
Malta
Netherlands
Norway
Poland
Portugal
Romania
Slovakia
Slovenia
Spain
Sweden
Switzerland
Applications from residents of the Philippines are normally submitted through the embassy, consulate or authorized visa application centre responsible for the applicant’s main destination. Some Schengen countries may be represented in the Philippines by another Schengen state.
If you will visit more than one Schengen country, you should generally apply through the country where you will spend the most time. If your stays are equal in length, you should generally apply through the country you will enter first.
Submission arrangements, representation agreements and appointment availability may change. Cebu Travel Agency will help identify the appropriate application channel based on your itinerary and the current instructions of the responsible embassy or consulate.
1. United States
2. Canada
The United States uses the B-1 visitor classification for qualifying temporary business activities and the B-2 classification for tourism, holidays, family visits and certain medical visits. Some applicants receive a combined B-1/B-2 visa.
A visitor visa does not permit ordinary employment in the United States. Current requirements are available through the official U.S. visitor visa guidance.
Canada’s visitor visa is also known as a Temporary Resident Visa. Depending on the applicant’s circumstances and previous biometrics, fingerprints and a photograph may be required. Applicants should follow the current instructions of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
1. Australia
2. New Zealand
Australia’s Visitor visa subclass 600 may cover tourism, cruises and visits to family or friends, depending on the selected stream and the applicant’s eligibility.
New Zealand visitor requirements depend on nationality, intended activities and length of stay. Some travelers need a Visitor Visa, while eligible visa-waiver travelers may require a New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority.
1. United Arab Emirates
2. Selected other destinations, subject to assessment
Service availability depends on the applicant’s nationality, residence, purpose of travel and the current application procedure for the destination.

There is no universal checklist that applies to every country or applicant. Tourist and visitor visa applications commonly require some combination of the following:
Valid passport
Completed visa application form
Passport-size photographs following the required specifications
PSA birth certificate
PSA marriage certificate, when applicable
Bank certificate
Recent bank statements
Certificate of employment
Approved leave of absence, when applicable
Income tax return or other evidence of income
Business registration and financial documents for business owners
School documents for students
Retirement documents for retirees
Travel itinerary
Flight reservation or intended travel details, when required
Hotel reservation or proof of accommodation
Invitation letter for family or private visits
Proof of relationship to a host or sponsor
Sponsor’s financial and identification documents, when applicable
Travel medical insurance, when required
Previous passports, visas and travel records
Letter of explanation or cover letter, when appropriate
Evidence of personal, family, professional or economic ties to the Philippines
Biometrics, personal appearance or interview, when required
The exact requirements depend on the destination, visa category and applicant’s circumstances. Applicants should never submit fabricated, altered or misleading documents.
Visa-assessment standards differ among countries. Depending on the destination and visa category, officers may consider the following factors.
The stated reason for traveling should be clear and should agree with the itinerary, accommodation, available funds and requested length of stay.
The applicant or declared sponsor should be able to show how the trip will be paid for.
There is no single bank balance that guarantees approval. The amount considered reasonable may depend on the destination, trip duration, itinerary, number of travelers, source of funds and applicant’s overall financial circumstances.
The amount in a bank account is not the only consideration. The reviewing authority may also examine how the funds were earned and whether the account activity is consistent with the applicant’s declared employment, business or other source of income.
A sudden large deposit is not automatically disqualifying, but its legitimate source may need to be documented and explained.
Employment, business responsibilities, education, family circumstances, property and other continuing commitments may help demonstrate that the applicant intends to return after a temporary visit.
No single document automatically proves an applicant’s intention to return. The application is normally considered as a whole.
Names, dates, employment information, income, sponsors, travel history, itinerary and accommodation details should be consistent throughout the application and supporting documents.
A large bank balance cannot automatically compensate for false information, unexplained financial activity or an unclear travel purpose.
Do not let confusing requirements or incomplete documents delay your travel plans. Begin by identifying the correct visitor visa category and understanding the documents that apply to your circumstances.
